5. Booking and Scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
• You will be allocated a time slot for your reading or consultation.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the allotted time.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be provided if you cancel after a slot has been allocated.
• Refunds will only be processed if the service is not delivered within the stipulated time frame of 2-3 business days.

• Personal data collected during bookings is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We will not share your details with any third party without your consent.
