meet Our Founder Neelam Naseeb

Neelam Naseeb’s extensive experience and deep understanding of tarot, psychology, and healing ultimately led to the creation of Soul Compass, an initiative founded on the auspicious day of 8/8/2024 also known as Lion Gate Portal. Soul Compass was established as an extension of Neelam’s vision to guide others in harnessing the transformative power of tarot, while also offering specialized training for aspiring tarot coaches. At Soul Compass, we believe in guiding wandering spirits to find a direction in their life.

All the coaches working for Soul compass have been trained Through the MBT SIRIUS Program. This program was started to train people to become tarot coaches. The coaches have been hand picked and trained by Neelam Naseeb & Karthik Madugula.
Karthik has been a practicing psychologist in the industry for the past 8 years. Neelam nurtures and mentores individuals to become expert tarot coaches, integrating the principles of psychology, healing, and intuitive guidance into their practice. This is a 2 month long and rigorous training to make sure that there is no compromise in the learning process.

Once the coaches complete their extensive training and mastered these skills, they are transitioned to Soul Compass, where they start their journey of helping others, armed with the tools and wisdom they gained under Neelam & Karthik”s mentorship.
